This photo was taken in a supermarket, on the 20th January, 2007 at 4:54PM Brisbane, Australia time, when Morgan was attemting to not be photographed by hiding behind some toilet rolls.

There are a number of factors involved in a "lien":

• lienee: the person [legal person] who gains the benefit of the lien and is thus owed the money, that is secured by the lien.
• lienor: the owner of the property who owes the value of the lien and who has the duty.
• "encumbered property": A lien could exist without the encumbered property being defined, as in the case of a "floating Lien".
